I kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost. I have a strict policy regarding no call/no shows. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service cost will be owed. That being said, I understand that your time is just as valuable as mine. If for any reason I need to reschedule your appointment and fail to provide you with a 48-hour notice, you will receive a 10% discount at your rescheduled appointment.
